Dagestan is currently engaged in negotiations with Iran aimed at establishing a supply of glassware manufactured by a local enterprise. Specifically, the products in question originate from Dagestan Glass Tara plant located in the town of Dagestanskiye Ogni.

At present, the factory supplies products not only to various regions of Russia but also exports them to Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia and Armenia. With an investment of RUB 1.7 billion, the enterprise aims to produce approximately 150 million glass containers per year. The plant currently employs approximately 500 workers. Upon reaching full capacity, subject to the results of the investment project, it is expected to create additional 200 jobs.
