Most of the Russian regions show an increase in housing prices compared to the previous year. The most significant increase is registered in Dagestan (by 35.2%), the Altai Republic (58.5%) and Chuvashia (34%).

On average, the cost of a house in Dagestan reached 14.2 million rubles in April 2024, while it costs 12.4 million in Chechnya and 8.5 million in the Stavropol Territory. Interestingly, the most expensive houses are located in Moscow, where the average price is almost 31 million, followed by St. Petersburg at 23.5 million and the Moscow region at 19 million.
