In the first quarter of 2024, the region produced 46.4 thousand bottles of perfume. North Ossetia and Stavropol Krai are the leaders in this segment among the North Caucasian regions with production figures of 1.8 million and 274 thousand bottles, respectively (from January to March 2024).

In the other regions of the Federal District the production volumes were smaller: Chechnya produced 35.1 thousand bottles, Karachay-Cherkessia 20 thousand and Kabardino-Balkaria 5.5 thousand. Thanks to the introduction of the labeling system, more entrepreneurs have registered in the region. According to the Business Journal-South, there were 14 entrepreneurs in the North Caucasus before, but now there are 34, thanks to the increased transparency and traceability offered by the system.
