A formal agreement has been signed today at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, marking a significant partnership between the Republic of Dagestan and Tatneft PJSC. The Republic, represented by its Head Sergei Melikov and PJSC Tatneft, led by Director General Nail Maganov, formalized this collaboration.

Ustar Elifkhanov, Head of Alfa-Gaz LLC, highlighted the project's pioneering nature, signifying the first instance of a vertically integrated oil company entering the region.

The initial phase will see 6 gas stations operational by early July, strategically positioned across the Republic. By year-end, this network is projected to double up to 12 stations, encompassing both northern and southern regions, including foothill areas. These establishments will adhere to the high standards and formats characteristic of federal grid companies.

Tatneft's debut gas stations are slated for Gaptsakh (Magaramkent district), Tarumovka, Buinaksk and Khasavyurt. Subsequently, the network will expand to include Makhachkala, Kaspiysk and Derbent.
