The Vice Premier of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan, Rizvan Gazimagomedov; the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food, Emin Shaikhgasanov; and the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Khadjimurad Omarov, paid a working visit to the Kursk Oblast. During their trip, they visited the Kursk Korenskaya Fair which celebrates its 200th anniversary in 2024. The delegation from Dagestan was presented with products from local farmers and food processors, including cheese, mushrooms, honey, baked goods, ice cream, and baby food.

Emin Shaykhgasanov also paid a visit to Luch LLC, a diverse agricultural company based in the city of Kursk. During his visit, he toured the company's fields and production facilities, which span over 15,000 hectares of land, including 100 hectares of apple orchards and approximately 4,000 head of cattle, including 2,400 dairy cows.

The company operates two modern automated dairy complexes and has its own storage facilities. It is worth noting that in June at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Prime Minister of Dagestan Abdulmuslim Abdulmusimov and Deputy Governor of Kursk Region Sergei Starodubtsev agreed to increase bilateral trade turnover, including in agricultural sector.
