The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Dagestan has announced a call for applications from municipal entities to fill vacancies in the "Community Cultural Worker” federal target program. Applications will be accepted from March 4, 2025, to March 18, 2025 inclusive.

The initiative is designed to support employees of rural cultural institutions such as clubs, art galleries, libraries, music schools and museums – in other words, those who play a crucial role in preserving local cultural heritage, identity and traditional values, as well as educating young people.
In terms of figures, the Community Cultural Workers Program offers the following:

- In 2025, thanks to this initiative, six Community Cultural Workers will join the region.

- Participants under state program will receive a lump sum payment of RUB 1 million. - It is required to commit to working in a designated field for a minimum of five years.

The second stage of the program entails the meticulous examination of applications, which spans from April 15 to July 15.
