The regional Ministry of Property have published the average land prices for various categories in the republican municipalities. The pricing was determined based on the cadastral value of land plots, which was calculated using specific methodologies. It has been revealed that Makhachkala, Khasavyurt and Derbent are the most expensive locations for residential development. Moreover, Derbent also stands out as the leader in terms of high land prices for constructing individual houses or engaging in gardening activities. Regarding agricultural land, Kizlyar and Derbent emerge as the top choices for their affordability.
