The complex has been awarded at the "Real Estate Market Records" competition which annually gathers a record number of nominees and guests in Moscow. This is a real "Oscar" of the real estate market, where the best achievements in Russian and foreign real estate are assessed. Real Estate Market Records is the first award established on the domestic construction market in 2010. This year the award celebrates its 15th anniversary.
