Dorservis-09 LLC has been selected as the contractor for the construction of a new access road to Makhachkala Commercial Sea Port, connecting it to the R-215 Federal Motorway. The company signed a contract worth a total of RUB 6.62 billion on March 3rd, 2025. The works are scheduled to be completed by December 30th, 2026.

Dorservis-09 was registered in Makhachkala in 2009. Bagaudin Idrisov serves as its director general. In 2023, the company reported a turnover of RUB 3.3 billion and a net profit of RUB 81.5 million.

This four-lane road, measuring 6.2 kilometers in length, will have a design speed of 70 kilometers per hour. Apart from the road construction, the project also includes the installation of fences, traffic lights, noise barriers, outdoor lighting, drainage systems, pedestrian crosswalks, pavements and a separate cycle path.
