Dagestan authorities approved the project on construction of the first multifunctional outlet near Makhachkala International Airport in Karabudakhkent district. The "Eco-stroy" LLC is the initiator of the "Outlet Plaza" project.

The first stone laying ceremony of the future facility was held back in 2019, but the start of construction and commissioning had several times been postponed for uncertain reasons. It is assumed that the total area of the future multifunctional outlet will make approx. 42 thousand square meters and the construction will take about one and a half year.

Due to the project implementation, it is supposed to create about 250-300 jobs. The outlet trade areas will accommodate products of Dagestan producers. The Eco-stroy LLC was registered in 2009 in Tlaryatinskiy municipal district and is engaged in construction of non-residential buildings.
