This is a project for a Dagestani seaside resort, with a total area of 310 hectares, including another 140 hectares occupied by the All-Russian Children's Center. The resort will be located in Derbentski municipal district. The construction is scheduled to begin in 2025. The first facilities are expected to be built by the end of 2027. By 2030, the number of visitors is expected to reach 700,000 per year. Over the next decade, Caucas.RF plans to develop the entire 450-hectare area.

The project envisages the construction of 28 hotels with a total of 14,500 rooms. The first line will consist mainly of 5- and 4-star hotels, while the second line will include 3- and 4-star hotels. Besides, a sanatorium complex with 680 beds and a children's facility with 1,600 beds will be built. Estimated costs and investments amount to more than RUB 85 billion.
