The photo shows the proposed development project for the coastal area on Khalilov Street in Kaspiysk, which was presented by Green Group LLC. A total of 10 hectars of land will be allocated for this project.

1 hectare will be used for 7 multi-storey buildings: residential complexes, hotels and a business center. The rest of the area will be used to build a modern park with playgrounds, fountains, a suspended bridge, terraces and an Amphitheatre. There will also be sports grounds, running and cycling tracks and a skate park.

It should be noted that during public hearings, residents of Kaspiysk expressed their opposition to this development and demanded that the area be designated as a continuation of the city's Khalilov Park.
