The competitive selection for the “Ministry of Content” educational program, designed to establish interaction between federal ministries and bloggers to build an open and trusting dialogue, has been completed in Russia.

Over 8,000 applications were submitted nationwide, with only 600 exceptional candidates being chosen for participation. Notably, three individuals from the Republic of Dagestan – Sefizhat Magomedrasulova, Aminat Taymasova and Rustam Hamidov – successfully entered the program. They all excelled in the "Tourism" category, facing rigorous competition with 14 applicants vying for each available slot.  Candidates presented their portfolios and proposed innovative media project ideas aligned with the objectives of relevant ministries.

The program encompasses a diverse range of fields including healthcare, culture, creativity, agricultural technology, education, science and tourism. It receives support from the respective ministries involved. Selected participants will undergo training led by the well-known media professionals at the Senezh Management Workshop. Subsequently, they will collaborate in teams on real-world projects.

In August, the top 150 bloggers and ministry representatives will convene at Senezh to form teams and develop media projects reflecting current national priorities and departmental goals. The culmination of the program will be a final presentation of completed projects in November 2025. Experts and ministry officials will evaluate the projects, selecting winners who will receive support and the opportunity to become media ambassadors for their respective industries.
