Makhachkala emerges as city with most expensive secondary housing

The cost per square meter of secondary housing in Makhachkala has increased by 15.4%, reaching RUB 114,600 in 2024. This figure has positioned the capital of Dagestan among the top ten regions in terms of growth in the price of secondary real estate.

Last year, the most significant increase in "square meters" was recorded in Sochi, with a 21% growth, followed by Krasnodar (+28.6%), Kursk (+20.5%) and Naberezhnye Chelny (+16.9%). Additionally, the average price of a non-new apartment in Makhachkala reached RUB 7,940,000 rubles, representing an increase of 8%.
