The private agricultural enterprise "Sad" intends to commence the second phase of its fruit storage facility by April 2025. This expansion will be achieved by adding 5,000 more tons to the existing capacity.

In August, the first phase of the fruit storage project was completed, doubling the initial capacity from 2,500 to 5,000 tons. The storage facility currently consists of 20 cold storage units, each with a capacity of 250 tons of fruit, and a sorting line that can handle 12 tons of fruit per hour. The sorting line sorts the fruit according to color and other attributes.

So far, Sad has harvested approximately 3.5 thousand tons of fruits. The company's products are currently being sold through the Magnit retail network, and it is actively negotiating with other prominent federal retailers.

PAE Sad was founded in Dagestan in 1994, specializing in the cultivation of seeds and stone fruits. Since 2018, the farm has been planting orchards for apples and pears over an area of 190 hectares.
