Makhachkala-based Dorservis-09 has won the tender for the construction of the fourth stage of Derbent Bypass on the R-217 'Kavkaz' federal motorway. According to procurement documents, the contract value is RUB 10.6 billion. The company is expected to complete all works by the end of 2028, when the entire motorway is scheduled to be completed.

Derbent Bypass will stretch for 33.1 kilometres and its construction is estimated to cost RUB 27.1 billion. This project is anticipated to facilitate the passage of no less than 25,000 vehicles daily and enhance the speed of traffic flow, which currently stands at 25–30 kilometres per hour.

Dorservis-09 specializes in the construction of highways and road infrastructure. In the year 2023, the company’s revenue amounted to RUB 3.298 billion.
