"Russian Railways" JSC plans to launch a new railway route called " Adler - Makhachkala" during this summer season. The route will link several cities in different regions, including Krasnodar and Stavropol territories, Dagestan, North Ossetia, Chechnya and Kabardino-Balkaria. The new route will provide access to the resorts of the Black and Caspian seas, the healing mineral waters of the Caucasus and the mountainous regions of the Northern Caucasus. The inaugural trip is scheduled for June 24, with the train arriving in Dagestan on June 26. The service will operate on a seasonal basis until September.
